Essential Oils and Supplements for Kids Emotions and Well-Being

Essential oils are great for helping to regulate emotions. And they're as good for kids as they are for adults.  doTERRA offers pre-diluted essential oil blends specifically designed for kids.

They also offer a flavored liquid fish oil, chewable vitamin supplement and a powdered, flavored prebiotic supplement. These supplements are formulated for kids developing minds and bodies, are easy to take and taste great!  

I also consider using these supplements for adults who either  have difficulty swallowing capsules or are experiencing what I refer to as "capsule fatigue".

Essential Oils for Kids Emotions

But doTERRA also makes pre-diluted essential oil blends just for kids. They come in roller bottles for easy application and can be purchased either separately or all together in a kit. Theses blends include:
